We may not realize we blame God at times, but we do.

God is good! I believe wholeheartedly in the sovereignty of God, just like the next person, but sometimes we tend to elevate authority over His other attributes. When we do, we blame God for everything, even our decisions. Don't confuse what God wanted for your life choices or what you decided to do or deal with We blame God and satan way too much and forget He gives us the freedom of choice.

We must realize and trust in God's goodness in a way that pleases Him. Otherwise, we'll sinfully blame Him! We might respond to our circumstances by saying one thing with words while believing another thing within our hearts.

When doing so, we begin to separate characteristics of God and paint a different picture of God than who He truly is.

“Open up, heavens, and rain. Clouds, pour out buckets of my goodness!

Loosen up, earth, and bloom salvation; sprout right living. I, God, generate all this. But doom to you who fight your Maker— you’re a pot at odds with the potter! Does clay talk back to the potter: ‘What are you doing?
