Why Do We Fear The Feminine?

Listen Later

Ep 8: The wild, the raw, the untamable. The feminine energy (both within men + women) has been suppressed for many years. Why? Because there's fear around the feminine energy. There's fear of surrendering to her flames of fury, of drowning in her emotional waters, of having to face the deeper feelings when we drop into her state of being (versus doing). The core teaching of the Tantric philosophies + practices is the balancing and union of the masculine + feminine energies within ourselves.  Disharmony in our body + being comes from being overly invested in our feminine pole, or in our masculine pole instead of allowing them both to lead us. In my own journey and work with clients, I see time + time again that the feminine energy is feared, and today I share why I believe that is.

In today's episode you'll learn:

🌹 The difference between masculine + feminine energies in Tantra

🌹 Why we put the feminine into the shadow

🌹 How to reclaim her + live with more pleasure, bliss, and spontaneity
