For too long women have been told and felt that there are things they don’t feel brave enough to do. And this podcast is all about finding that bravery in all of us- whatever that may be, overcoming our inner critic, building a network of people that push us forward and empowering us to achieve our ambitions.

We all have a remarkable story to tell and I wanted to provide a platform for courageous women to be able to tell their story.

I want every woman listening to feel inspired and to recognise their own courage; to show the vulnerability of our feelings, speak up sooner about things that concern us, say no to something, leave a job that doesn’t fulfil us, step forward for that promotion, challenge the status quo or injustices, or indeed sail around the world!
