In SW1 (Spirit and Word as One) we are starting by tackling difficult passage of the Bible and subjects that have caused confusion...  and this was the first on the list.  Romans 8 is well known for the stimulating passages at the beginning and the end, but verses 18 - 23 in the middle have often been avoided...  hardly ever preached about and rarely written about either.  Even in commentaries the descriptions are frequently brief and non-committal.  So here we spend some time looking at what this could mean to us today...
