Welcome to the first episode of 'Less Shitty Meetings'. With this podcast, the mission is simple: get rid of meetings; at least the shi*ty ones.

In each episode, we’ll share data and insights that we’ve gathered from hours of research and of course, years of experience living with a calendar full of meetings. We’ll share case studies on what works and what doesn’t work for individuals and organisations around the world. You might also hear some horror stories. But at the end of it all, I hope that I and you will have a calendar with more space for things that move the needle.
