Stay physically active
Engage in a challenge with friends
Socialise in ways that aren’t impacted by whether restaurants, movies, gyms, etc are open
Cook new recipes and share it with friends
Plan a trip with friends, no need to decide on the destination. Yet, have it planned
Allow for upsetting feeling to be there
Practice self care and allow yourself to feel exactly the way you do!
