What's emotion got to do with marketing?

EVERYTHING! 

It starts with the basis for all business... Humans! 

Humans are first and foremost emotional beings, our brains are powerful... but without emotions we literally won't remember anything and being memorable is the only way to get noticed and grow our businesses. 

To use this we NEED to know...

  1. Who our customers are.
  2. What their needs and pain-points are.
  3. What Emotion do we want them to remember us with.
  4. And last but not least, how we want them to feel once they've tried our product or service!
