How much are we taking life for granted? A little maybe a lot? I suspect we probably don’t think about this too much. Why would we? Life seems to be going great and then life decides to rock your world. We lose our job, get divorced, or are given a life-threatening diagnosis. Then what?

Well, they say it’s time like these that character is made or should I say revealed? And today’s guest oozes character as he shared his encounter when his foundation was shaken to its core.

Internationally known singer, writer, and dulcimer player Kevin Roth have over fifty recordings, won numerous awards, sang the theme to the hit PBS TV show Shining Time Station, and has been recognised by major companies such as Time Warner, Parents Magazine, Sony Music among others for his unique talent.  In 2016 he was diagnosed with stage three melanoma and given only two-three years to live. Kevin had a choice. Either get busy living or get busy dying.

He beat the odds, changed his diet, and outlook, and went from 'surviving' to thriving, moving from Kansas to beautiful San Diego, CA, where he created a life worth living on his terms.
