Feedback is always there, so it’s up to you to utilize it in a positive way to better yourself. Without it, how will you know what areas you need improvement in?

Without feedback, there is no growth, there is no movement, and there is no learning. There is always room for feedback and improvement, so seek and be willing to receive feedback.
