Fitness is a subjective term. So use it to your advantage to define what that is for you. For sure, it involves being healthy and sharp. But on top of it, how do you see it? What does it mean to you? Define it. Set an aim. Chart a course of action to gradually get there over time. It has been a game changer for me.
I don't do weights (though I love it) except for little bit of good old DB Bicep Curls and DB Lateral Raises from time to time in addition to my bodyweight training regime. I enjoy calisthenics aka bodyweight exercises mostly. I aim for advanced Calisthenics movements. That is something that works for me. Find out what works for you.
