He's the Founder of Matrix, a company involved in using the Videogame reward system to revolutionize the way Content Creation is handled. JZ is only 19 but at his age, he has already won an Accelerator project and is now part of Village Global.

The discussion starts with some company and idea-related topics, then moving towards ideas for others whose dream is to build something on their own.
