We also explore how Latino culture can make new beginnings complicated. The pressure to stay loyal to old rules, old roles, and old expectations can make change feel selfish or impossible. We talk honestly about what it means to honor where we come from while still allowing ourselves to grow.

Finally, we reflect on “new year, new me” culture and what we actually want for 2026. Not perfection. Not reinvention for the sake of it. Just growth, peace, and a life that feels more honest.
