I believe that our society right now is more sick and soft than ever before. I see young kids miss day after day of school for a runny nose or a cough.

Our immune system seems like it can not fight off the things that make us sick.

In my mind much of this is because we have become soft with our thinking. We baby ourselves and feel bad for ourselves when something does not go our way.

We need to change our thinking and health, but it needs to happen NOW!
