Lauren is a therapist who holds a masters degree in marriage and family therapy and is a clinician working with individuals, couples, children, and families. She currently works at the University of San Diego in their counseling center. Lauren speaks around the country and visits universities to provide students with education about mental health and well being. Enjoy!
