I give you a little insight into why, how and what I do to help me find a bit of happy everyday. After a diagnosis of depression 9 years ago , but feeling I’ve probably been depressed much longer before I took action . It’s not a pity party , it’s a realisation that I needed to do something about it. I’m not a qualified mental health clinician and if you need medical help or advice then please talk to your doctor. This is simply here to let people know in my experience you can find happiness or live a positive life . It’s certainly not easy , and requires you to do the work and take small steps.
