Stretch assignments are usually given by employers to their employees to take them out of their comfort zone and develop specific competencies. Whilst not employer led, motherhood takes a woman outside her comfort zone and helps her develop very important and useful competencies that are applicable and actually needed in the workplace. In this episode I share 7 competencies that have developed since I became a mother that I am applying in the workplace.
