I take you on your own personal journey of weight-loss using my powerful formula to produce body transformation. 

I did all the "right" things with diet and exercise, and got the opposite results.

I went on a mission to uncover why "no matter how hard I exercised or ate healthy, I would continue to gain fat and weight".

My breaking point was an embarrassing conversation with my boss at the time. 

And my doctor telling me I may have to go on blood pressure medication if I could not lose the weight.
