Why I Disappear From Social Media Every Two Weeks
Why I Went Offline (Again) & a Leadership Challenge for YOU 🌟
Hot take: it is 100% possible to run a business - even an online business - and take quality time away from the screen. Even during a launch. In fact, I’m gonna do that, right now. One way I lead by example is by logging off social media for three days at the new moon and full moon. I schedule a newsletter to dispatch during this time, and retreat from the algorithm entirely. 🌚🌝✨
I challenge you to do this too: to take a break from social media OR, to follow your equivalent nudge, to question ‘the way things work’ in your industry, community, or area of interest. You can lead that shift. You can set a new pace, that honours the cycles of yourself, the seasons, the moon — and assert value in the necessity of retreating. 🌲
