In this episode, I’m sharing more of the story behind why I do what I do, and why sometimes what feels like bad luck is actually a redirection. This is a continuation of last week’s conversation around purpose, but with more honesty, more backstory, and a few off-the-cuff moments that surprised even me.
I take you back to when I ran a bed and breakfast as a single parent, why it worked so beautifully, and how a sudden health crisis forced everything to change. What followed was one of the scariest yet most defining moments of my life, where meditation, trust, and listening to what felt right inside me slowly opened the door to a completely different path.
We talk about fulfillment, why money alone is never enough, and how your childhood interests often hold clues to what you’re really here to do. I share why ignoring other people’s doubts was essential, how trust and mindset have carried me through over 40 years in business, and why perfection is the biggest myth that keeps people stuck.
