This is something I am very passionate about.
I know the number 1 thing that is holding you back today in any shape or form is the 'constructive' (or whatever they wanted to call it) criticism you received from your parents. PERIOD.
In this Episode I share with you why I don't believe any kind of criticism in work life, personal life, any area of life, and that I don't believe it is necessary.
And there is great space for improvement, anything the criticizer is doing it for, when there is actually no critisizm. It is not necessary.
Let's explore in the Episode.
Let's not fall into what doesn't feel good in our bodies in the first place.
And there is room to talk about all the things still.
And so much more room for improvement by doing the healthy ways that we can communicate, ask, and receive in services, work life, family life, love life, friendships!
