Form shooting has long been praised as the holy grail of shooting drills. If I had a dollar for every time I heard a coach preach about the importance of form shooting, I'd probably be a billionaire. And while form shooting can* have its place in workouts for players, I've found that I for many players it isn't a good use of time and does very little to actually help them improve. In this episode, I'll go through why exactly I believe this, what I think players should be doing instead in order to become great shooters, and some lessons that will help you become the best player possible.
