Rachel grew up dreading Mother’s Day. Her mom passed away when she was only 9 months old, and she grew up without the guidance, comfort, and presence of a mother. For years, that absence left a painful void. But God stepped into Rachel’s story. He surrounded her with people who cared for her, mentored her, and filled some of the gap that losing her mom had left behind.
