In this episode I talk about the reasons why I decided to leave bedside nursing and move abroad.  From being bullied, constant fatigue from night shift, health issues, compassion fatigue, moral injury from toxic hospital work environments, exploring alternative paths in nursing, and taking control of my life and happiness while continuing to be a nurse (or not).
