2020 was the year of the pivot, in so many ways. From jobs going remote to school going virtual, we improvised and adapted with the best of them. I went into this season of transition confident that my business was one of the few things that would remain constant – I was already working remotely, so there was no need to expect anything to change. Well, just at the end of this bizarre year, in November actually, I had a wakeup call that it was time for basically everything about my business to change. I’m going to share here why I opted to do that publicly rather than just quietly making the changes behind the scenes.
