2023 really made me focus more on the WHY. The end of 2022 had me feeling overwhelmed and mentally drained. From trying to keep my business production at a high level, high interest rates did not make this an easy task. I changed brokerages (again), starting my own team, shooting content, podcasting etc. I honest just needed a break from it all......

In January I decided to do just that! I knew if I didn't take a step back it would burn me out and that's the last thing anyone should want. So what did I do? We'll I QUIT ... Took a 6 month vacation (not really), but the slow down was the best that I've ever done for myself.
