The Winnipeg​ Transit Master Plan was passed at City Council on April 29th. I did not support the plan as it was presented. I realize there are many who feel they why I didn't support the plan as it was presented, and most of them are wrong. The truth is, none of them called me to find out why. You deserve to know why.
