I know I promised to be consistent with releasing more episodes. But I am human and had to step away for a second. I did not post last Saturday as promised and this is the reason why. We all deal with pain and hurt in our own ways. I was afraid to confront those emotions and didn’t think I should talk about it. But I have to keep moving and not give up.
