In this episode, I share my personal experience with Homeowners Associations (HOAs), discussing both the positive and negative aspects. I summarize my own neighborhood's dynamics, particularly regarding conflicts that arise from differing perspectives on property use. Particularly, my son's motorcycle activities. I emphasize the challenges of HOA governance, the frustrations of indirect complaints, and the importance of direct communication between neighbors. I conclude with a stance against living in an HOA, advocating for personal responsibility and neighborly compromise.
