Feedback is key for growth. 

But this is obvious. So why even discuss. I find the obvious things are often overlooked, and when explored can provide a lot of insight.

So I do some of that here and share more about my past. Why? Because I recieved feedback that not all of you know me well. And giving some context to who I am. Well it might be helpful.
