Why is it we have an entitlement problem? What feelings of entitlement do we have? Is the idea of "growing up" that has contributed to this feeling in older generations a new standard for us as well? Social media has played a huge role in our awareness of what everyone has, and it's not always positive. Gen Z uses social media more than any previous generation. They expect accountability and transparency from companies and are used to receiving instant gratification.
