Mehmed is one of my favourite F2P gold key commanders which can be unlocked and gotten to a good level very easily. Not only is he good in the city rally scene, he is also phenomenal in the open field. Of course, the relic makes him way better, but that doesn't mean he still isn't valuable in the early game!
