Mentoring is something that is one of our core values here at Millar, and we are not alone. Many businesses and organization also understand that mentoring is a practice that is beneficial for the mentee, the mentor as well as all those around them. In this episode, we are joined by Jennilee Vellacott and Ryan Campbell, our deans at our Sunnybrae campus, to talk about how they have seen mentoring impact our students as well as some tips for those that are looking to be mentored themselves.
