Salt Lake City has a crime problem. And an officer retention problem -- down 84 officers. Averaged losing 40 officers a year… Last year they lost nearly 70. This year they are on pace to lose even more. SLCPD Chief Mike Brown discusses why the department may be losing officers and what they are doing to combat the issue going into summer.
