In order to invite positive, qualitative, permanent change, we must seek to understand and explore where our anger comes from initially.  Projecting blame and targeting shame towards other people is actually a form of self hate and self sabotage.  In order to be rid of these consuming feelings, we just need to understand what we are doing and why.  Remember, the more we “let go,” the more “rich abundance” we receive.
