In this fast-paced world, it seems that we do not have time to apologize to anyone. Somehow it has made us numb to other people's feelings.

People who are stressed out tend to be self-centered and narcissistic because they are in survival mode, leaving them to focus on themselves and no one else.

Apologies are the first step in any healing, both emotionally and physically. It shows a sign of humility and can repair damaged relationships and considerably lower your stress levels, preventing it from happening again in the future. Making thing right is always right.
