Welcome to this third episode of how Little Changes equals big transformations, on todays episode I am going to talk about Why it is important to be still.

Now, can you hear all of the negativity going on in your mind, well that is your life playing itself all the time. Being still allows you to put a pause and refresh yourself

When you are not still it' like running your car all the time and never turning it off, it would probably die a lot faster than if you were to take care of it.

Stillness doesn't always mean a 30 min medatiation or having it quiet all around you, but this does help. What you want to do to be still is pause and take in 6-10 deep breaths, focusing on each breath that you take.

I am going to explain how this little technique will give you more energy for your day and improve your life.
