I notice when I drive my vehicles everywhere, I see people mouthing "douchebag" when I'm sitting at the stoplight. I see this in my comments on social media.
It's odd to me that society has determined that successful people are douchebags.
Why hate on someone for driving a luxury car and judge them when you could easily ask what they did to get that car.
I saw all these cars in the garage: a couple of Lambos, an Astin Martin, Rolls Royce, a couple of McLarens thinking they belonged to my neighbor Prince Fielder.
Turns out, I was wrong. They belonged to a 65-year old man in my building. We rode the elevator and struck up a conversation about what he did to acquire every single one of those vehicles.
I asked him about his routine and what he did daily. I took notes, and implemented.
Most people in society hate on people like this calling them all sorts of names and shouting hate and spitting their venom.
If society would take a different position and ask how they acquired what they got in life, the world would be a different place.
Haters would become congratulators.
If you see someone hugely successful, take a moment to ask them how they got to where they are; you may learn a thing or two, especially how to begin stretching your identity.
