Listen Later

Is caring for yourself and loving yourself considered selfish?

That's the question we answer with our guest this week.

In this episode of Resilience In Action with Erin Brown, we chat with selfcare coach, singer/songwriter and mother of 3, Karaleigh Garrison. Karaleigh and I discuss the importance of showing up and taking care of yourself so that you can show up and be there for those who need you. She shares what her experience has been like marrying her husband after only 7 weeks of knowing each other. What life is like caring for three babies and a husband all battling a form of disability. Karaleigh shares her strength, courage and vulnerability with us in this episode. I'm just a person asking important questions.

Get ready to dive into what Resilience In Action means to Karaleigh.
