Why it’s OK to be superficial

Mental health is important to me . By being a victim to this phenomenon Myself I seen how it affects me , so I’m trying to help others. I speak on topics that people might face. We judge people to much and expect Society to know how to deal with everything right off the back. WRONG!!! sometimes we need guidance and uplifting words to move US along. Sometimes we might even NEED to be taught how to look at things in different perspectives !!! Getting this external help makes a difference in the way we go about LIFE!!!
