Why it's so easy to get off track with your diet and so hard to get back on...You know when you're moving along just fabulously with your healthy eating and exercise plan? You're doing everything right, you're planning ahead, you're stacking the deck in your favor, you're doing everything right and nothing wrong.
You're weighing in only once a week, your weight drops one to two pounds per week, your inches are going down along with your body fat percentage and your jeans are getting looser. You're doing great!
But then.... something happens and boom! You're off track.
Something Happened
It's super easy to get off track and over the years since I first began professionally coaching weight loss coaching clients one of the phrases I've often heard is "something happened".
"Something happened" and I gained all the weight back.
"Something happened" and I couldn't stop stuffing myself
"I was doing so good and something happened" and I couldn't get back on track no matter how hard I've tried.
No one had been able to tell me what happened that took them off track with their diet and that is actually a dangerous place to be because if you don't know what took you off track then how can you avoid getting off track again in the future if you get back on track with your diet now?
