We all hold beliefs and values that construct our identities, the interpersonal ones especially. And, to be vegan sometimes entails the desire to help others to become vegan too — to change their minds about it. This is one hard endeavor and in this episode, I hope to explain why it’s hard and how you should go about convincing people (or if you should even try).
