Business is better together!   While everyone doesn't need to go full on business together as couples or partners, that support and being focused on the same goals in life is so critical.  We're not couple's therapy...but if there's one thing we know, it's that communication, talking about your goals and dreams, and having a sounding board that supports the ideas of the salon business is a critical piece to success.   This works so well for us as business owners and in our relationship.  If you're not currently connected like this, try it out!
