Why It’s Your Turn Now! The debut episode!

Today’s the day! The first episode of It’s Your Turn! I rebranded my podcast, formerly Liberate Your People Pleaser, then Uncover and Elevate to… It’s Your Turn. 

Why?

Because one of the most popular statement new clients make to me over the years has been… “I’m ready for it to be my turn!” 

Today I’m claiming, It’s Your Turn! 

There a few guiding principles in my work: 

  1. Where you are in your life, right now, is the place to start. You’re in the right place at the right time being exactly who you are
  • There is nothing wrong with you and you don’t need fixing
  • We all have what we need inside of us, we just need the proper conditions to thrive, like the oak tree is in the acorn, but needs healthy soil, water, sun etc. to come into its fullness as an oak tree
  • We have symptoms and causes in our lives. The symptoms “appear” to be the problem, and they do need attention, but unless we get to the root cause the symptom will continue to reappear. 
  • I am unapologetic that when a person is ready for change, hiring me as their coach is an incredibly effective way to navigate that change! I’ve helped clients solve all sorts of problems in their relationships, career, business, the relationship with their body, finances, aging parents, empty nest, breaking the habits of people pleasing, learning how to set boundaries… everything! And they’ve all experienced incredible insight, inspiration and practical, tangible growth. They learned how to take their turn. If they can, you can! It’s your turn! 
  • Stay out of comparing yourself to others

    • So… let’s begin on our journey. 

    It’s time to claim that it’s your turn!
