Getting people to volunteer in church has never been harder!

Demanding work schedules, balancing family life, lack of desire, feeling burnt out, or just that overwhelming feeling of wanting to spectate rather than participate, are just some of the reasons or excuses people give for not stepping up.

Applying pressure to volunteer is not going to change anyone’s mind on this one.
