Jump rope is a seriously underrated exercise, and it's worth trying out! Not only is it one of the most efficient ways to improve your physical fitness, but you don't need a fancy gym or even much equipment – just a good jumping rope can provide all sorts of benefits. From building strength and increasing endurance to burning calories and toning muscles, jump roping is an incredibly effective exercise. Plus, with low-impact movement, minimal set-up required, and the ability to get your jump on anywhere you happen to be – there's barely any reason not to give it a go! So put on your shoes and pick up some rope: jump roping is a great way to get active, have fun and achieve some fantastic fitness results​!
