CLI will open the show with an overview of the need for leadership training. The coming leadership pipeline shortage, the need for leadership training, and what organizations can do to prepare. CLI will talk about its custom-designd Leadership Academy, and will talk to Ronda Knapik of Argonne National Laboratory about their recent experiences with the academy. CLI will then talk about its Leadership Challenge program. Mike Neiss of Michael T. Neiss and Associates will talk about TLC, and how that training program has evolved, and how Mike is using TLC in his practice.
