Have you noticed that everyone around us seems to be UPSET all the time? And, because they’re UPSET, they tend to snap or be hurtful? So, now we get upset and this starts an UPSET cycle in the system. Let’s you and I try and figure out why we tend to get upset so much, and what we can do about it.
