I used to sleep 3-4 hours a night.⁣

I didn’t see the point of resting when there was work to do.⁣

I hated being behind on my work because I felt like everything would just pile up.⁣

I got over that.⁣

⁣

You can never get everything done in day.⁣

⁣

This isn’t school.⁣

⁣

You aren’t done with an assignment, get it turned in and you get an “A”.⁣

⁣

As an entrepreneur, the work never stops.⁣

⁣

You have to make time for yourself.⁣

⁣

You have to make time to rest.⁣

⁣

You have to make time for your family.⁣

⁣

Going all out every single day does nothing but eventually burn you out.⁣

⁣

Pace yourself.⁣

⁣

Sleep.⁣

⁣

Eat.⁣

⁣

Workout.⁣

⁣

Smoke.⁣

⁣

Drink.⁣

⁣
