Hello Everyone, it's been a while since I did a character analysis, and in returning, I wanted to talk about a DBZ villain though not the best when ya look at big baddies like Cell and Frieza, still manages to leave the kind of impression I feel is worth talking about, despite how mixed anyone, including myself, feels about the last pose cell-saga arcs of Dragon Ball Z.
