The truth about manifesting is that it’s a journey of transformation and becoming. On our way to manifesting our desires, we go through a process of transformation, and ultimately become the vibration of that which we desire. In the end, we realize that we've transformed, and have evolved. This needs to take place first before we expect to arrive at the place of manifesting.

You must become the vibration of that which you desire in order to bring it into your life. Most of the time, people are simply just interested in the the end result- receiving what they set out to manifest. People don't really understand the work that takes place behind the scenes that help make the manifesting process a success.
